Okay, so maybe the title of this blog post is a stretch, but blame it on our brains exploding after we saw this picture this morning!
Here’s Nomiku being used at the Noma in Tokyo kitchen!! Chef Lars Williams posted the picture much to our excitement when the team woke up today and we all let out a collective squeal of excitement! As the caption says, Nomiku is helping to make stock–and we are really excited to see how it’s made and what it’ll be used for!
