Thirsty Thursday: Sous Vide Hibiscus Bitters

Hibiscus Bitters
• ¼ cup dried hibiscus 
• Lemon rind of ½ lemon
• 1 tbsp black peppercorn
• 1 cup vodka

Seal all ingredients in a bag and place in Nomiku water bath at 50°C for 2 hours. Use bitters in cocktails and enjoy! Please Nom responsibly 😉
