The Best Sous Vide Miso Salmon


Salmon is one of the quickest dishes to cook sous vide, and like an egg, really demonstrates the heat-controlling and transformative powers of sous vide (in fact a blogger did a really fun test about this!). Using Nomiku, you can not only infuse lots of flavor, but manipulate the texture to fit all of your dinner guests’ tastebuds. Now that’s being the hostess with the mostest.
