The best part of waking up is Sous Vide Coffee Butter in your cup (well, your jar, we guess)! 

Top Chef’s Melissa King posted this photo of her using her Nomiku to make some super delicious coffee butter, and it’s also super easy! We were so excited to have Chef Melissa King of this season’s Top Chef Boston at Nomiku HQ!

We got to talk good food, SF restaurants, and Top Chef gossip! Just kidding, Melissa made good on her promise of keeping Top Chef secrets secret…despite our best efforts of feeding her sous vide bread pudding.
