Sous Vide Pork Stir Fry
One of the (many, many) benefits of home sous vide cooking is that it can elevate a very simple recipe without the need for advanced techniques or know-how. In this case, the starting point is a rather generic pork and vegetable stir fry, of the sort that might be called “pan Asian”. By cooking the meat to the perfect doneness sous vide, then briefly searing it, we get exceptionally flavorful, extremely tender stir-fried meat without any more effort or skill than making a marinade. Even if you have mad wok skillz, that’s nothing to sniff at.
