Sous Vide Orange Clove Syrup Infusion
Cook time: 2 hours
- ½ Cup dark brown sugar
- Peel of 1 large orange
- Peel of 1 lemon
- 1 Teaspoon cloves
- 1/3 Cup water
1. Set Nomiku water bath to 50C. Put all ingredients into a zip bag and seal using the water displacement method. Sous vide for 2 hours.
2. Remove from water bath, strain and keep in a bottle. It’s perfect in your tea or cocktails!
