Sous Vide Meatloaf Sliders
The inspiration for these burgeresque lovelies was the allegedly steamed sliders of a fast food establishment known for its alabaster fortification. Okay, it’s White Castle. But these sliders are markedly superior to their industrial kin, with rich, beefy flavor and plenty of juiciness thanks to their gentle sous vide cook. We couldn’t help but sneak in a little bacon alongside the other seasonings, and suffice it to say, the results are flavor-packed. So, next time you’re looking for some delicious meat to put between your buns, you’d do well to give this a try.
