We’re no stranger to Sous Vide Pots de Creme, but man, Fix Feast Flair’s version with blood orange and maple bourbon whipped cream really ups the game. It’s a decadent dessert, and oh so silky smooth and flavorful. Oh. and it’s pretty easy to make–such complex, layered flavors, all from your Nomi-water bath!

FFF made this for Valentine’s Day, but we’re sure it’s good for any holiday…or any day…ever.
